Charlie Brown. Hands down.

The dude was just a normal, average Joe trying to make his way through life.

Yet life kept lining up to kick his ass.

Lucy pulled the football. The kite-eating tree did its thing. Nothing ever seemed to go quite right.

Still, Charlie Brown kept showing up.

He kept trying. He kept caring. And somehow, he kept believing maybe this time would be different.

There was nothing extraordinary about him on the outside.

Maybe that’s exactly why I’ve always liked him.

He wasn’t some superhero who conquered everything thrown at him.

He was just a regular guy who got knocked down a lot and kept getting the fuck back up.

Good grief.

Yeah. I can relate to that.
